The latest free update for Marvel’s Avengers, War for Wakanda, only one new trailer during Square Enix’s showcase at E3 this year. While the trailer didn’t reveal a release date for the expansion, it did talk about what players can expect facing enemies in Wakanda.
In War for Wakanda, the player will travel to the hidden kingdom to help Black Panther defend his city, and its Vibranium stores, from AIM and its accomplice, Klaw. The Avengers were called in once these forces proved too much for the Black Panther to handle on their own.
The expansion will feature Wakanda and explore Black Panther’s own story, but beyond that, it’s not entirely clear what types of quests or bosses will be added. Marvel’s Avengers with this extension. Square Enix teased War for Wakanda extended to Marvel’s Avengers quite a while. The release date for the expansion is currently labeled as “summer and beyond”, with no specific date.
Two more expansions for Marvel’s Avengers was released recently. Firstly, Cosmic Cube, which introduces a new villain, the Supreme Scientist. letter two, Wasteland Patrol, added Hawkeye to the game’s ever-growing list of heroes and introduced a new mission type called “Patrol Mode”.
