At first you might not think this is a fitness training game, but since Mario Tennis Aces Playable using motion controls (known as Rotation Mode), it’s easy to sweat during matches. While it is not 100% reflective of real tennis playing, it is a convenient alternative that allows you to play against others in a competitive setting.
This game is great because it’s accessible – meaning players of all skill levels can get an idea of how to play, especially when using the motion controls as they are so intuitive. Unfortunately, there’s no way to use motion controls in the story or outside of Swing Mode, but what Was Being available is still an enjoyable experience that will keep you moving on your feet.

Let’s move on to a game that focuses primarily on fitness – Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercises. The premise is that you have to perform actions provided to you on the screen, such as stabbing, punching straight, key on, etc.

ARM is one of Nintendo’s newest intellectual properties, a fighting game that takes you into one-on-one battles with AI or other players. The idea is that you can literally “throw” punches and control their trajectories to launch the hit, while your opponent tries to dodge and rush away.
Your character has long arms (hence the name) that you can control and use to outrun your opponents. You can move left and right arms independently and when you use the game’s intuitive motion controls, you can easily do some exercises even if you only play a few sets. . While many of the other games on this list simply make you into a workout routine, ARM Be competitive, focusing on winning rather than achieving certain goals. Interestingly, you can pause the use of motion controls and use the traditional button mapping if you get tired.

Zumba: Burn It Up
Going to an actual Zumba class right now is probably not possible, so why not try the next best thing? That’s what you get with Zumba: Burn It Up for Nintendo Switch. It works like Just Dance but for a fitness-focused audience rather than the market. It still has a playlist of songs for you to dance with along with stats related to your performance, such as calories burned and overall technique.
The moves you are required to do are a lot more complex than the simple choreography in the Just Dance series, so it’s best to have at least some experience if you plan to do more difficult exercises. . Zumba: Burn It Up features a variety of tracks and pitches, great for users of most skill levels. The great thing is, even if you don’t match the movements perfectly, the fact that it requires a lot of you will still lead to a hearty workout.
When Sports party Never reach a high level of something like Wii SportsIt has a similar concept, which is great for most players. Sports party is a collection of sports games using motion controls. You use this to interact with the game by moving it around, pulling it like a bow or squeezing it together to build strength.
However, what’s really interesting is that it’s also a turn-based RPG. That’s right – each level has different color-coded creatures. The color corresponds to the different movement patterns and you’ll deal more damage to those enemies if you make moves that match their color. Between battles you have to run in place to mimic moving through levels and when you do, there are lots of coins to collect along with other useful items.
With enough coins, you can buy healing items or drinks that allow you to deal more damage. Putting it all together is the game’s intelligent fitness tracking system, which lets you know how many exercises you’ve performed on each exercise and records your progress each day. It will recommend a right intensity for you based on your performance and you can adjust it quickly. As you cross levels and defeat enemies, you’ll earn XP, which gives you extra health points, more damage moves, and other useful perks.
The best part is how good it is Ring Fit Adventure combines turn-based RPG mechanics with its fitness formula. It’s designed in a way that doesn’t feel gimmicky – perfect for those who play a lot of video games or even casual users. So many fitness games simply implement motion controls to help your heart rate go up and while that works, design the game in Ring Fit Adventure is what will keep you around.
