Fortnite season 7, week 5 is live with a whole new set of challenges for you to complete. The latest lists are simpler than previous weeks, allowing you to go through them faster and easier. Some of them can even be completed by playing spontaneously. But one thing in particular requires you to eliminate the intruders, and as usual, the game doesn’t give you much information to overcome the challenge.
Luckily, we have all the information you need to complete this challenge, including the locations of the trespassers and the easiest ways to kill them. Here’s how to get rid of intruders in Fortnite.
Finding trespassers around the map is a difficult task as they don’t appear in the same spot in every match. The easiest way to find them is to look at your map and try to spot the purple, mismatched labels. They vary from game to game, but in the example above you can see the Pleasant Park label is purple and translucent, indicating the location of the trespassers. As soon as the Battle Bus starts moving, make sure you open the map to find the nearest location.
You shouldn’t worry too much about running into other players, as our method of taking down trespassers can be completed before you even hit the ground – so it’s unlikely you’ll be attacked by your opponents. public. Once you find one of these slots, you’ll be ready to move on to the next step.
There are several different methods to take down an intruder Fortnite, but before we get to that, there are a few things you should know. Intruders are aliens disguised as friendly NPCs or found in flying saucers on the map. For the sake of this guide, we’ll teach you how to take down intruders on a flying saucer as it’s much easier. You need to defeat two trespassers to complete the challenge.
After you’ve found one of the places mentioned above, head there from the Battle Bus, and when you land, you’ll eventually see a flying saucer in the air. Your goal is to land on one of these areas. If you miss, you can still try to knock them down, but it will be much harder. Assuming you’ve landed on the top of the disc, all you need to do is head to the cockpit and slash your enemies with your pickaxe. It will take a few hits, but eventually the trespasser will take down and you’ll be thrown into the air. Be sure to notice the counter that appears on the left side of the screen, indicating that you have eliminated the intruder.
Don’t worry about taking fall damage because of this, as you should be fine when you land. After getting credit for the first trespasser, you have two options. Loot and shoot down one more intruder in the area or start a new match to repeat the steps from above. It’s probably quicker to loot and shoot down the second intruder, but it’s easier to repeat the saucer landing in a separate match. Shooting down a saucer requires a decent weapon, which depends on luck, so you might just want to try the second one in a new match.
Either way, after beating the two, you’ll complete the challenge and earn 30,000XP.
