The latest part of Fortnite is here, and this time, the player is tasked with facing the alien invasion. As expected, season 7, week 1 will go live with a whole new set of challenges for you to complete. Like the challenges from recent weeks, this new set includes quests that you’ll likely complete by playing naturally. While many of them are tied to new features like newly added weapons or upgrade stations, you can already make progress towards them without even trying.
However, you may want to prioritize these challenges to complete them as quickly as possible. Luckily, we have all the details on the latest challenges to help you get through them quickly. Here are the latest Fortnite challenges and how to complete more difficult challenges.
Part 7, week 1 challenge
Every week, we recommend checking out at least new challenges so you know what you need to do. You should be able to get through most of them without any assistance, but a few of them – like accepting a quest from a pay phone or using an upgrade bench – can cause problems. you a little trouble.
Here is a list of the latest challenges:
- Collect different weapons (5)
- Search chests at Steamy Stacks or Craggy Cliffs (7)
- Deal damage with Pulse Rifles (500)
- Remove with rail gun (1)
- Accept an assignment from a payphone (1)
- Upgrade weapons at the upgrade bench (3)
- Buy shield potions from Welder (1)
Since a few of them may confuse you, we have tips on how to get them done below.
Accept an assignment from a payphone
This could be the toughest challenge of the week, simply because you might not know where to find a pay phone. The guide below will guide you where they are located and include tips for completing the challenge with ease.
Upgrade weapons at the upgrade bench
Like pay phones, upgrade benches are scattered across the map. Use the map above (thanks, Fortnite.gg) for assistance.
Buy shield potions from Welder
Again, you may have stumbled across Welders, but if you get stuck, use the map above to see where they are (thanks to Fortnite.gg).
And with that, you should be well equipped to deal with this week’s challenges. As long as you know where some new favorites lie, you shouldn’t have too much trouble completing the latest batch – and in doing so you’ll be rewarded with a ton of XP, so we highly recommend you should complete the challenges.
