What will be shown at Animal Crossing Direct?
Animal Crossing Direct will focus on updates for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Transparent Nintendo Direct last month, Nintendo released a short clip showcasing the addition of Roost, a cafe area that made its debut in the series. Animal Crossing: Wild World and previously hosted KK Slider musical performances.
The Roost is run by Brewster, a smooth-talking pigeon with a knack for making coffee. Brewster is one of several characters that Animal Crossingfans have complained are “missing”. New horizons, resulting in an incomplete gameplay experience. While Brewster doesn’t make a full appearance in the teaser, fans will sacrifice bringing Roost back without him, so it’s almost guaranteed that we’ll see him in Live.
We might also get a surprise or two from Big N. The company has announced that new content shown in the video will be available in November, leaving many wondering what other updates will be. may be forthcoming. New horizons there’s already a Thanksgiving event, so it’s unlikely the update will focus on holiday items, but we won’t know for sure until it launches on Friday.
Don’t expect anything new Mule game announcements or major changes. This will likely be a content-only update, likely with some Amiibo added for flavor. Fans can hope for something bigger, but it looks like this will be more of an update than an overhaul.
