This is the sequel to The story of the monster hunter, a 2016 spin-off of the Monster Hunter series. Monster Hunter’s Tale 2 Put you in Leo’s shoes. Leo is a Rider, a monster tamer, and the grandson of Red, the protagonist of the first game. Leo and his friends must figure out why Rathalos, a type of dragon, started disappearing around the world. The secret seems to lie in an infant Rathalos, born with black wings, who is said to have the power to end the world.
The Monster Hunter Stories series differs from the main series in a number of ways. The game has a dominant storyline, focusing on unique characters and an overarching storyline. Real-time action is replaced with a classic RPG-style turn-based combat system, complete with attacks, special abilities, and items. While you fight monsters, you also raise them as your allies and battle companions.
Monster Hunter’s Tale 2 will be released on July 9, in 2021.

The initial announcement and most of the press surrounding Monster Hunter Stories 2 has been firmly tied to the Nintendo Switch, so it’s no surprise. At Capcom’s March digital event, they revealed that the Windows PC version of the game, sold through Steam, will release on the same day as the Nintendo Switch version.
Nintendo confirmed that the Switch version of Monster Hunter Stories 2 will take up 13.5 Gb, either on built-in system memory or on a (sold separately).
As per the minimum requirement on Steam, users should plan to allocate 28Gb.
If the original The story of the monster hunter is any indication, most average users will finish the game with about 50 hours of total play time. That includes completing the main story and a moderate amount of side quests.
The exact length of an RPG can vary considerably from user to user. Some players speed up the story, skipping many side quests. Others tend to detour a bit more, completing all they have before the end of the game. Seeing playtime under 30 hours for faster players and over 80 hours for mature players will be similar to the first Monster Hunter Stories game.

You can level up your character up to level 11 and your progress can be imported into the full game when it’s released. Is there multiplayer in Monster Hunter Stories 2?
Monster Hunter’s Tale 2 There are both cooperative and multiplayer versus player modes. Multiplayer mode is online only and requires everyone to have their own system and game. Capcom has yet to announce a cross-play mode for the game, so it’s unlikely that PC gamers and Nintendo Switch gamers will be able to play together.
PVP mode allows up to four Riders and their companions to fight. Options can be set to automatically balance characters to make battles fair, or to allow levels and equipment to participate in battles.
Co-op will take place in special multiplayer expeditions where teams of human-controlled Riders come together to hunt monsters for special rewards. This is also considered a great way to find monster eggs, allowing you to build your team for use in single-player or multiplayer.
