How to unlock and find Red

According to the fan page Serebii, You can meet Red in Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Come on, Eevee! But you have to meet certain requirements. Once you’ve beaten the Elite Four and beat the game, special Master Trainers will appear all over Kanto, each asking you to fight them with the same Pokémon they were using. Beat six of them and you’ll be able to find Red on the map. To determine which Coaches will be fighting, explore the map and look for the symbols on the heads of certain characters. Pokémon shown are what they want to use in battle.

The red color will then be on Line 23, which is the area with the Victory Line on the west side of the map. Go to the Indigo Plateau and you will see him standing right to the left of the door, and you can challenge him in a battle.

Red has a very balanced lineup of Pokémon, meaning you’ll have to do your best if you want to take him down. These include electric monsters, combat, fire, water, normal and grass, all at level 85. Since you only need to reach around level 50 to defeat the Elite Four, this battle will probably be one of the few. The last thing you do in the entire game. The Pokémon he has are as follows:

  • Pikachu
  • Machamp
  • Arcanine
  • Lapras
  • Snorlax
  • Venusaur

To deal with this monster squad, you will need to exploit their weaknesses. Good types of Pokémon to carry around in battle include ground, flying, psychic, water, electricity, grass, combat, fire, and ice, but keep in mind that some Pokémon’s strengths are their weaknesses. other, so your lineup will have to include almost all of the aforementioned categories instead of just a few. Make sure you also have a full set of items, as this might be the toughest fight you’ll ever experience in the entire game. Full restoration potion will be your best friend here to boost your health and eliminate status effects.

How to find Blue

Once you’ve beaten the Elite Four, you can really go head-to-head with Coach Blue again. He lives in Viridian City, where the last Pokémon Gym and his Pokémon level are both in the mid-60s.

  • Tauros
  • Gyarados
  • Aerodactyl
  • Alakazam
  • Exeggutor
  • Charizard

Like Red, Blue doesn’t have any obvious flaws in its lineup, but rock-type Pokémon will serve you well against Charizard, and power is effective against Gyarados and Aerodactyl. As long as your party is balanced, you’ll be fine.

How to find green

You can also fight Coach Green in Pokémon: Let’s GoBut you will need to defeat the Elite Four and Catch Mewtwo inside the Cerulean cave to do so. You will find it northwest of Cerulean City, and once you have defeated Mewtwo and talked to your opponent, go back to Mewtwo’s previous location and you will find Green. Even though Green herself has Pokémon of similar level to Blue, Mewtwo is level 70, meaning you probably should face her after defeating Blue. Once you have faced her once, she will also show up in Cerulean City shortly after for a rematch. Her Pokémon are:

  • Clefable
  • Gengar
  • Kangaskhan
  • Victreebel
  • Ninetales
  • Blastoise

Dark-type Pokémon are effective against Gengar and the poison will be effective against Clefable, but you’ll need to swap your monsters as often as possible to defeat the rest of their squad. Victreebel, Ninetales, and Blastoise form a rock-paper-scissors structure, so make sure you have counters of similar level.
