Looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to see more Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake. An announcement from the game of Twitter account revealed that it won’t be included in Ubisoft’s upcoming E3 showcase event.
The post is made to make sure that fans don’t build any expectations just to be disappointed. The game’s development team wrote in the post: “We’re making great progress getting our game to release next year, but we’re not ready to share any additional information just yet. We’ll share an update as soon as we’re ready. “
The original game was revealed last September and received mostly negative reception. Critics decried the trailer’s graphics for looking less luxurious, with some arguing that the game’s initial release had better visuals. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake was originally set to release on January 21, 2021, before being delayed indefinitely.
