Upcoming Resident Evil village will come to Google Stadia. Fans will be able to purchase a bundle that includes the horror game and Stadia Premiere Edition.
Resident Evil village is the latest installment of the iconic horror series. The Google Stadia Edition will launch alongside other platforms on May 7th. Stadia owners will be able to play mobile games of their choice through the cloud service.
Google has made a particularly compelling deal to get players to buy games on its service. If fans pre-order or buy the game by May 21, they’ll get Google Stadia Premiere Edition at no extra charge while out of stock. That includes a Stadia controller and a Chromecast Ultra. Google recently used Same promotion to see Cyberpunk 2077.
Players can buy the standard version of the game for $ 60 or a premium version for $ 70. Both versions come with the free Stadia Premiere Edition.
On top of that, Google is bringing Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition to the platform on April 1st. The special edition includes the end of the game and the Forbidden Scene content reward. Stadia Pro subscribers will be able to claim the game for free once it launches on the platform. The cloud version of the game is available on the Nintendo Switch.
The news comes after rumors late last year that Google is looking to bring the Resident Evil series to its platform. According to internal documents leaked from a ransomware attack on Capcom, Google offered the company $ 10 million to bring these two games to Stadia.
