Ubisoft’s Upcoming Multiplayer Sports Game Riders Republic was introduced in more detail today at the Ubisoft Forward E3 conference. Riders Republic allows players to go head-to-head in major sports competitions with friends and players from all over the world. The game will release on September 2nd for PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X/S, PC, and Google Stadia.
Riders Republic was previously announced at Ubisoft Forward last year. Ubisoft calls the game a “massive multiplayer playground,” where players can traverse the iconic US national park environment via bike, snowboard, skateboard, or kit. Players can also participate in competitions and races with up to 64 other players at the same time. In addition to the outstanding multiplayer component, Riders Republic allows players to customize their athletes with a variety of cosmetic options and develop their skills in Career mode.
At today’s exhibition, Ubisoft brought Riders RepublicHis gameplay is noticed. The game’s central world, Rider’s Ridge, is where players can access customization options, practice their skills, and jump into various game modes with other players. Several match types include a 6v6 ski mode, where players earn points individually and control areas to outpace other teams, and mass races where a large group of players join together to race together. New modes of transport were also revealed, including jet bikes.
Riders RepublicYour progression will be centered around stars, which can be earned by visiting in-game landmarks, scoring well in races, and more. Stars can be used to purchase unlockable items, including cosmetics. The game will also feature virtual versions of competitions, like the Redbull Joyride, for players to participate in.
