One of Elden RingThe toughest bosses just get a whole lot harder. The game’s 1.04 patch introduced a number of changes today – including summoner spells for the giant sword and some spells – along with some bugs for Malenia. Rot Goddess now heals a bit of seemingly every time she attacks (and she attacks quite a bit).
For those who haven’t fought her yet, Malenia is one of the Elden Ringoptional bosses. She’s the reason why Radahn is a big man’s wild beast at the time the player fights him, and why all of Caelid looks like the inside of a fridge hasn’t been emptied in a while. a decade. The boss fight against her is one of the hardest in the game, requiring the player to dodge her attacks and avoid being hit by Scarlet Rot in her second phase. What makes fighting her really hard is that she usually heals for around 300 health every time she hits a player, even when they’re blocking.
Now, the bug introduced in today’s patch for Elden Ring gives the character of Malenia’s war a significant boost. According to a posted on Reddit, Malenia now doesn’t actually have to hit the player to heal. Instead, it seems that attacks that the player simply dodges are giving her health. Considering that one of her most powerful moves involves a string of massive attacks chasing the player, it seems like she’s guaranteed to heal a solid portion of her health bar no matter what. tell the player is hit.
This bug makes it almost impossible to defeat Malenia, although some players will probably try to take her down just to brag. It’s unclear when FromSoftware developers will patch the bug.
