Activision detail what to expect from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War/Battlefield Part 3, provides the community with a roadmap of plans for a large amount of content. The sequel begins April 22, 2021.
The most important, Cold War players will receive new maps and multiplayer modes, along with additional Zombies services, while Battlefield are receiving new map and weapon updates.
Now then Cold War and Battlefield with a unified progression system, players will be able to participate in a Hunt for Adler limited time event on both games, offering ways to earn rewards like Calling Cards and more. Season 3 will also introduce a new battle, with over 100 levels of items to unlock.
Cold War There are currently four new multiplayer maps. Yamantau and Diesel will debut as soon as the season begins, while Standoff and Duga will make their debut after that. Duga will also be a new Outbreak zone in Zombies mode and be playable at the beginning of Season 3.
For BattlefieldIts biggest change will come to the map. Although Activation has not officially confirmed the details, rumor indicates that Verdansk is being overhauled in the 80’s to match the style’s Cold War (while still staying Modern warfare engine). On the first day, the community will have access to the PPSH-41 SMG (first launched in 2008 World at War), as well as the Swiss K31 sniper rifle, while the Ballistic Knife, CARV.2, AMP63, and Baseball Bat are coming later.
