Today’s PlayStation Showcase took a closer look at Tina’s miracles. A new trailer examined the game’s combat, characters, and enemies in more detail, and provided a release date. Players will be able to use new magical attacks and techniques to battle enemies and gain loot in the middle of the role-playing game. As was revealed at the end of the trailer, Wonderland will release on March 25, 2022.
Game, inspired by border zone 2 DLC Tina’s attack on the Dragon Keep, was originally revealed at E3. While this sub will keep the core mechanics as Borderlands series – shoot enemies with guns and weapons adjacent to guns and find increasingly high-quality loot – it appears as if Wonderland is bringing magical aspects from Attack on Dragon Keep.
The trailer showcases new weapons, like crossbow-style guns, and spells that players can use. There are also worlds that the player will travel through, including a snowy land with a large skull-shaped building and a valley with a river filled with fresh water.
It looks like Wonderland won’t bring back any of the series’ previous playable characters. Some returning NPCs have been shown, like Mr. Torgue, but the cast of playable characters looks completely new. Their names and stories aren’t revealed, but they’re part of Tina’s frenetic Bunkers & Badasses game, so they’re more likely to be crude, wisecracks. Borderlands characters that fans already know and love.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will release on March 25, 2022.
